Option 1: Lump sum > I would like to give my pledge in one lump sum to make an immediate impact on MIA's budget security and cash flow.

Option 2: Monthly > I would like to distribute my gift by dividing it into 12 monthly donations. NOTE: If you are pledging $1,200 - Your monthly distribution will be $100.

Option 3: Quarterly > I would like to disburse my pledge once a quarter. NOTE: Your pledge will be distributed during our 4 annual campaigns. If you pledge $5,000, you will distribute $1,250 per quarter. Sept - I Got Your Back, Dec - Colorado Gives Day, March - Disrupt Panel Event, June - End of Fiscal Year Gift.

Option 4: Two Payments > I would like to distribute my contribution in two payments. Note: We request your first payment before the end of July and your second payment before the end of December.
